CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED (for legal reasons) only if you feel you need a relaxer medication prescribed, otherwise it is OPTIONAL.  It is done via Zoom.  You may wish to have a consultation if you would like to discuss the vasectomy or if you would like to meet Dr Tonozzi prior to the vasectomy. If you have a simple question or two, this can be handled via phone or text with Dr. Tonozzi; a consultation is not needed.

Consultation costs $180. This is IN ADDITION to the vasectomy.  This is refundable if you cancel or reschedule 1 day or more prior to your consultation. 

Please watch the counseling video prior to scheduling, then schedule below. When you schedule, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete the registration form. That must be done within one day of scheduling.  You can also schedule your vasectomy now, or wait to do that until you’ve done the consultation.
