Nitrous Oxide Now Available at our Denver Location

Vasectomy Pricing

Our total charge for vasectomy is $885.

You’ll pay a $120 deposit when you schedule the vasectomy. This is applied to the $885 total. It is refundable if you cancel or reschedule one week or more prior to your appointment.

What this includes:

  • No-scalpel vasectomy, including all doctor consultation, procedure and facility fees for the procedure day.
  • No-needle local anesthesia

It does not include:

  • Tight fitting underwear (compression briefs or similar) to wear to the appointment. There is more information about this in the video on our appointment page.
  • A hand warmer to place in your underwear one hour prior to the appointment. There is more information about this in the video on our appointment page.
  • The follow up semen analysis. We recommend a home test that you order on the web which costs $70 (SpermCheck Vasectomy)
  • Optional services:
    • A consultation prior to the vasectomy (done via Zoom)  is OPTIONAL, unless you feel you need a relaxer medication prescribed, in which case a consultation is required (for legal reasons). The cost of the consultation is $120. This is in addition to the $885 for the vasectomy.
    • Nitrous oxide (aka laughing gas), which is available at our Denver location. The cost of this is $120. Insurance does not pay for this and we do not bill insurance for this.

If you have insurance, see the information HERE

CareCredit financing to make payments

We accept CareCredit payments at each of our sites.  CareCredit is a line of credit for healthcare expenses.  For more information and to apply for a line of credit, see the CareCredit website.  We do NOT accept care credit for the deposit that you’ll pay when you make your appointment–just the payment when you come in for the vasectomy.
